STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Rather than looking at the four disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, STEM integrates them into a cohesive learning based on real-world applications.

At Hyde High School we run STEM extra curricular activities to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. Two very successful extra curricular activities are F1 in schools and Greenpower car challenge.
