Immunisations

Hyde High School works with the NHS Immunisation Team to deliver the national NHS adolescent vaccination programme.

  

The dates of immunisations for the 2024/25 academic year are as follows:

  • Flu Vaccine (All Year Groups): Monday, 23rd September 2024
  • HPV Vaccine (Year 8): Monday, 11th November - Thursday, 14th November 2024
  • 3-in-1 Teenage Booster/MenACWY Vaccine (Year 9): Monday, 2nd June - Thursday, 5th June 2025
