Immunisations
Hyde High School works with the NHS Immunisation Team to deliver the national NHS adolescent vaccination programme.
The dates of immunisations for the 2025/26 academic year are as follows:
- Flu Vaccine (All Year Groups): Tuesday, 18th November 2025
- HPV Vaccine (Year 8): Wednesday, 10th June – Thursday, 11th June 2026 (Catch up 19th June 2026)
- 3-in-1 Teenage Booster/MenACWY Vaccine (Year 9): Monday, 23rd February – Wednesday 25th February (Catch up 6th March 2026)
