Pre-Exam Briefing

Pre-Exam Briefing Plan

All full cohort pre-exam briefings will take place in the activity suite, and both Foundation & Higher students will be together. Option subject briefings may take place in smaller venues – as indicated on the exam spreadsheet.  Not all exams will have briefings – please check the sheet carefully,

For AM exams: 

• Students arrive at school at 8am with 10 minutes to collect a grab & go breakfast item from C3. 
• All students need to be in the briefing venue for 8.10 for the pre-exam briefing. 
• At the end of the briefing (8.35am) students must attend form to collect their morning attendance mark. This is essential.

For PM exams: 

• Students with a PM exam will go to lunch at 12.15.
• Students will attend the briefing at 12.25.
•  Students need to prove they have a PM exam by showing their P3 teacher their individual exam timetable in order to go for early lunch.

Where there are no briefings, the exam remains on the timetable but it has been greyed and crossed through.
