Deputy Headteacher - Quality of Education, Curriculum Intent, Teaching and Learning, Interventions Impact and Achievement, Timetable and Pupil Premium

Mrs Poole studied at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, gaining a BMus (Hons) before obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Manchester Metropolitan University. She remains affiliated with the RNCM as a visiting specialist examiner. With 11 years of experience as Subject Leader of Music, she later advanced to Assistant Head, a role she held for a decade, focusing on teaching and learning, assessment, reporting, and data. During this time, she also completed the NPQSL through Future Leaders. Mrs Poole is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, leading on Quality of Education and Curriculum.
