The course combines practical performance with academic study, offering a balanced curriculum that encourages students to improve their own performance while gaining insight into how and why physical activity affects the body and mind.
Students are assessed through a combination of written examinations and non-exam assessments (NEA), which include both practical performance and performance analysis.
