Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion and SEND

Mrs. Reveley has a BA (hons) degree in English and Media Studies from De Montfort University, Leicester as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education in Secondary English from Manchester Metropolitan University. An extremely experienced practitioner, Mrs. Reveley’s varied career began at Hyde in 1997 where she developed her love for pastoral care, and working with students with SEND, as well as being a lead literacy teacher for Tameside. She has also worked at Werneth School in Stockport, spent several years as both a teacher and leader at Stockport Behaviour Support Service, as well as a three year spell as Deputy Head and SENCO at a large inner city Manchester primary school. Mrs. Reveley returned to Hyde, in Autumn 2023 when she was instrumental in setting up our onsite Alternative Provision. This was before taking on her current role of Assistant Head and SENCO. Mrs. Reveley has gained the National Professional Qualification in Headship and is currently amongst the first cohort of UK teachers to gain the brand new NPQ SENCO award.
