36 hours per week, term time only (NB the role will require occasional urgent work outside core hours)
Permanent post to start 1st September 2022
Grade H, SCP 29-31: Actual salary £28,781 - £30,371 per annum
(Full time equivalent £33,486 - £35,336 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and suitably experienced person to lead on high-level safeguarding, mental health and crisis support, managing a caseload of the most complex cases, and provide advice and support in relation to less complex interventions.  The postholder will act as the first point of contact in the school for any child protection issues and will lead the safeguarding team.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a specialist in safeguarding and child protection with excellent communication skills and previous knowledge and experience at a suitable level within an educational or similar setting.
